SmartAdjust can automatically change your -3% to 12% incline and your 0-12 MPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The built-in AutoBreeze Fans automatically adjust their blowing power to match your workout intensity so you can stay cool during the toughest moments. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth headphones or using the treadmill’s two 2” speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time. When you’re ready to follow expert-led yoga and strength workouts, rotate your monitor and follow along next to your treadmill. Once your workout is over, you can fold the treadmill easily using the hydraulic EasyLift assist.
