Dean V Cherry 1981 w/Hard Shell Case

Vintage Dean V in Cherry finish made in 1981 with modern Dean hard shell case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body. mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a DiMarzio Air Classic in the neck position and a DiMarzio Super Distortion in the bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume pots. 1 tone pot and a 3-Way toggle switch. The 24.75" scale length neck has abalone dot inlays and black side markers with 22 jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a soft V profile. The hardware is comprised of gold sealed die-cast tuning machines with cloche heads. a bone nut. an ABR-1 Style Tune-O-Matic bridge w/ strings through body and gold speed knobs.?

This guitar is in overall good condition. There is finish checking throughout along with a handful of finish chips. The neck binding has lost color over time and has some small dents. The volume knobs were replaced at some point with a similar style. Plating on the hardware is worn and shows signs of play. The screws on the jack plate were replaced at some point. (See pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes modern Dean Hard Shell Case.
